God wants to be a father to us and he’s made it possible through the sacrifice of Jesus. Jesus’ rescue is an amazing part of God’s story and is referenced throughout the Bible. Today’s story focuses on Genesis 2:17, Luke 24, John 20, Acts 1:1-10, Romans 8:14-17, and Romans 10:9-10.

Kinder through 5th Grade:
God’s Story: God’s Reminders
The people in God’s family have a history of forgetting that God loves them, but God graciously gives us reminders throughout the Bible, in places like Genesis 9:1-17, Genesis 17:5, Joshua 2-4, Matthew 6:25-34, Mark 14:12-26, Matthew 3:13-16, and Luke 15:11-32.
