Last weekend (or, for preschoolers, the weekend before), kids heard about how God will one day re-create this world. Everything broken will fixed! It’ll be the perfect home he originally intended for us to live in. Watch a video about together, or read about it in Revelation 21.

Even though we have to live in a broken world right now, God has promised to help us by giving us all that we need. Sing this song about it together.

In our future, perfect home, everyone will follow God. But we can do our best to live like that now! Ephesians 4:29 says, “Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.” Say one good and helpful thing to someone today!

For fun, design a perfect city as a family. You can draw it on paper, build it with blocks or go to a park and create it in sand or dirt. Then thank God that he has a plan that’s even BETTER than what we can imagine.
