We asked you to save the date for Family Movie Night. But Crossroads has a pretty packed calendar right now, so we’ve had to cancel it. If you saved March 6, go ahead and “un-save” it.
Preschool 411
Preschoolers talked about a story Jesus told to teach us about God’s love. It’s about a boy who ran away. When he came home, his dad went running to him, kissed him and threw a huge welcome celebration. You can read the story together in Luke 15:11-32, in the Bible.
Kindergarten-5th Grade Scoop
- In kindergarten-2nd grade, kids found out that obeying Jesus is important. In fact, Jesus compares it to building a house on solid ground instead of sand. You can read what Jesus says in Matthew 7:24-27.
- In 3rd-5th grade, kids found out that Jesus understands following him can look radical, and he wants us to spend time thinking about what following him really means (Luke 14:28-33). Ask kids what it looks like for them.
